Refund policy


We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not fully happy with your order, we accept returns and exchanges on eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in their original condition.
  • All original tags and packaging must be included.
  • Items marked down by 30% or more are Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Merchandise returned without original packaging will not qualify for a refund.

During regular business hours, email requests are typically processed promptly. If you do not receive a response within a reasonable time, please contact us by phone.

Once your return request has been approved, you will receive a confirmation email containing return instructions and the return shipping address. Please indicate whether you would prefer a refund or an exchange.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped.
  • For damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped items, we will provide a replacement and cover return shipping costs at no additional charge.
  • Please securely package your return and use an insured shipping carrier.
  • Returns sent COD (Cash on Delivery) will not be accepted.

Refund Processing

Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund or exchange will be processed within 2–3 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Customers will receive an email notification once the return process is complete.
  • Depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible. We will arrange for a replacement at no additional cost and provide instructions for returning the item.
