Orders placed before 2:30 PM (local time) are typically processed and shipped the same business day or the following business day.

Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on qualifying orders:
- Domestic Orders (USA): Orders over $200 USD
- International Orders: Orders over $500 USD
Shipping charges for orders below these thresholds will be calculated at checkout.
Delivery Estimates
Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date your order is dispatched, not the date the order is placed.
Please note that delivery times may vary due to:

Delivery and Signature Requirements
Some shipments may require a signature upon delivery.
If available, our shipping partners may offer contactless delivery options. However, please note:
- Deliveries are made to the specified delivery address and are not restricted to a named recipient.
- Any person present at the delivery address may be permitted to sign for the package.
- Loregoldluxe is not responsible for lost or missing packages that have been successfully delivered and signed for at the provided address.
This is especially important for deliveries to shared locations such as:
- Office buildings
- Apartment complexes
- Reception desks
- Shared residences
Missed Deliveries
If no one is available to receive a package requiring a signature, the carrier may attempt delivery on multiple business days.
If the package remains unclaimed and no communication is received from the customer, the shipment may be returned to our warehouse.
Should a returned shipment require reshipping, additional shipping charges may apply.
Packaging
Orders are carefully packed to ensure they arrive safely.
During promotional periods and sales events, orders may be shipped using eco-friendly packaging.
All items are wrapped in tissue paper and delivered in discreet, fully recyclable packaging with no indication of the contents.
At this time, Loregoldluxe does not offer gift wrapping or gift packaging services.
International Shipping
Loregoldluxe proudly ships worldwide.
International shipments are generally sent on a DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) basis unless otherwise stated at checkout.
This means that customers may be responsible for:
- Import duties
- Customs fees
- VAT or sales taxes
- Other local government charges
These fees are determined by the destination country's customs authority and are not included in the purchase price or shipping fees charged by Loregoldluxe.

Undeliverable or Refused Shipments
If an order is refused, abandoned, or deemed undeliverable and is returned to Loregoldluxe, the customer will be responsible for:
- Return shipping fees
- Customs charges incurred
- Any additional carrier fees associated with the return
These costs may be deducted from any eligible refund.
